Site Preparation Checklist
	To assure more timely scheduling, please review the following prior to making
	the arrangements for the field measurement and the installation. If you have
	questions please call. Some items below may not apply to your project.
	___ Base cabinets permanently installed and leveled
	____Sub tops, corbels and supports installed; shapes ready for templates
	____Sub tops should be of ¾” plywood; NO particle board.
	____Opening cut for sinks, cook surfaces, downdraft, etc.
	____Under mount sink openings routed, faucet holes, air gap, etc
	____Sinks and templates at site for verification
	____Cook tops or ranges at site with specifications for verification
	____Don’t install trim on Sub-tops before the granite has been installed.
	____Any or all openings or notches detailed
	____Appliance garages removed or set well above sub tops
	____Installed appliances removed (where affected)
	____For backsplash: outlet bottoms at 6 inches off sub top
	____For full height backsplash, upper cabinets must also be installed.
	____Provide directions or map to your job site

	Please make sure the above list has been completed.
	A trip charge will be assessed for returns.
	During the installation, we would like the homeowner or contractor present
	at the beginning to answer any questions about the placement of the granite,
	faucet holes, cook top openings, etc. At the completion of installation, we
	would like someone present to sign an “ Acceptance of Delivery ” and make the
	final payment.
